SHOW DATES & TIMES:

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2027 - 2 TO 7 P.M.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2027 - 9 A.M. TO 6 P.M.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2027 - 11 A.M. TO 3 P.M.


LOAD IN & SET UP:

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2027 - 9 A.M. TO 5 P.M.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2027 - 9 A.M. TO NOON


TEAR DOWN:

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2027 - 3:15 TO 5 P.M.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2027 - 9 A.M. TO NOON

PAYMENT TERMS & POLICIES:

  • PAYMENT

25% deposit is required to reserve booth space. The balance is due by November 30, 2026. All payments are non-refundable after October 31, 2026.

  • CANCELLATON POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing. Payments are forfeited after October 31, 2026.

  • BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Booth placement is not guaranteed. Organizer reserves the right to modify layout and remove exhibitors. There are no guarantees of attendance leads or sales.

  • CONDUCT

Organizer reserves the right to enforce rules and may remove any exhibitor for violation of rules without refund.

  • INSURANCE

Exhibitors must provide $1 million liability insurance by January 15, 2027 or forfeit booth without refund.

  • LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Organizer and venue from any claims, damages or losses.

  • PROPERTY DAMAGE

Exhibitor is responsible for any damages cause to venue property.

  • FORCE MAJEURE

Organizer not liable for cancellations due to uncontrollable events, including weather, government action or venue issues.

  • RULES

No subletting, no early teardown, no hazardous materials. Exhibitors must keep exhibit within booth space.

  • GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
